This is “recipe made easy” but with no referral recipe book to look from! The design consists of a wall mounted foldable device with a fully adjustable removable screen and a scale. The scale has a capacity of handling 2 kg portions. Users can download the recipe from the internet and uploads it on to the portable screen using the USB stick or Wi-Fi. The touch screen interface is used to access the stored recipes. Also one can use the meal planning functions, the interactive cooking mode with step by step visual instructions and weighing scales. Thus, it ensures healthy and measured cooking.

Of course apart from saving you the embarrassment the device also encourages healthy eating and no wastage. Not just that, it also helps you to maintain that calorie conscious diet you always wanted to follow. It is interactive, easy to use, fun and friendly and does not occupy much space. So go ahead and cook confidently!

Once the lid is separated from the can, the lid lifts easily with the built-in magnet.

The Mono kettle is designed to save energy and time when preparing hot beverages for single users, eliminating the possibility of pouring more water than needed by featuring a kettle with an isolated mug that can be used for both heating and drinking. Heating is done by the incorporated induction system that turns on by turning the mug to its desired heating level. After heating, the control ring will get back to the off mode. The kettle features two modes, first one is up to the boiling point for preparing tea and another is called eCO mode where water is heated up to 80 degree Celsius that is enough for preparing coffee and most other hot beverages. Heart tea Interactive Tumbler Informs You The Temperature Of Your Drink

At first sight, you might think that this tumbler has a nipple. Well, actually it’s an indicator of the beverage temperature in it. Heartea (from the words heart+ tea or hearty) is an interactive tumbler that shows you the temperature of your drink from the bulging part of its body. When you touch this part, it will be illuminated with blue or red or orange light telling you the temperature of your drink and at the same time, giving you information about the best time to take a sip. The Nature Conservancy Talamanca Cocoa by Yves Behar

This is the project from Yves Behar to conserve Talamanca Cacao, an organic cacao in Costa Rica. Unlike monoculture farming, the Bribri women of Talamanca grow their cacao plants in the natural ecosystem, surrounded within rich biodiversity, and conserve the natural and land they inhabit. Their main product is ground cacao patties, formed by hand, they are 100% cacao, no artificial taste or sugar added, this is the only thing you need to make a delicious hot cocoa drink. The main challenge here is to create a design to showcase the product from packaging and storing the cacao, brewing hot cacao, while at the same time making the entire experience and process ceremonial. FuseProject came up with a cool package design inspired by the burlap sacs, and a cool accessory tool that can be used to break down the hardened patties and brew the hot cocoa drink. The accessory tool has been designed with built-in hook to allow user to hang this tool on the rim of a mug, before and after use. Pretty cool design isn’t it?

Home of Firefly : Beautiful and Natural Outdoor Light from Fireflies

When I was a kid, it was so fascinating to watch this beautiful lightning bug. I often caught fireflies in my cupped hands just to peek through my fingers to watch them glow. This design certainly brings back my childhood memories. Living in a big city, I’ve never had the chance to see these fascinating insects anymore. “Home of Firefly” offers a beautiful outdoor light and at the same time provides a habitat for fireflies. It uses the insects’ natural bioluminescence to illuminate your gardens or footpaths. Since fireflies mostly live in low, moist places, Home of Firefly has been designed as a feeding place, close to the ground. This ecologically sensitive design offers a new meaning in mutual relationship between human and nature.
